Lending A Helping Hand

RMI has a commitment to helping others and helping the community that we live in. Managing our community’s needs means much more than conducting inspections, attending to maintenance needs, answering phone calls, or planning community events. It means truly “managing community” by lending a hand and providing assistance to those who need it most.

In addition to our company and management goals, RMI also lends a hand whenever possible to many worthy non-profit organizations in our Nevada communities. RMI has adopted several social causes and community partners, establishing a philanthropic spirit that we hope grows with each of our team members and communities.

In an ongoing effort to enhance the quality of life for those living in our communities, each month, RMI invites its board members to recognize and nominate fellow community members, who are experiencing hardship, for the Operation Benevolent Heart program. All nominees are carefully reviewed and one nominee is selected to receive $300 from RMI to assist them with their current circumstance. Hardships come in many forms, such as helping to build a handicapped access ramp, assisting in landscaping costs, or crediting assessment fees. These are just a few of the ways that RMI has made a difference in being a part of a caring community. We strive to be more than a management company; we are a team of dedicated individuals, devoted to enhancing the quality of life for those in need.
